Attorney & Co- Owner

Personal Experience

Will Parker has devoted his entire legal career to representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. His commitment to helping accident victims is deeply personal. At just 14 years old, Will and his father were involved in a devastating head-on collision caused by a drunk driver. Tragically, his father lost his life, and Will spent nearly a month in the intensive care unit, incurring medical expenses approaching $1,000,000. That life-changing experience gave Will a profound understanding of the physical, emotional, and financial hardships accident victims face, and it continues to inspire his unwavering commitment to fighting for his clients.

Before founding Will Parker Law, LLC in 2017, Will practiced at several respected South Carolina personal injury firms, where he built a reputation as a skilled and compassionate advocate. From the outset, he established his firm on the core principles of integrity, intelligence, passion, sincerity, and determination. In 2021, Will joined forces with veteran trial attorney Greg Sloan to co-found Beach Injury Lawyers, combining their experience and shared commitment to providing exceptional representation to injured South Carolinians.

Although Will grew up in Lugoff, South Carolina, the Grand Strand has been his home since 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina before beginning his legal education at Western Michigan University. His love for South Carolina ultimately brought him back to the Palmetto State, where he transferred to the University of South Carolina School of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2006.

Outside the office, Will is a devoted father of two young children and an active member of Midtown Vineyard Church. He is committed to serving his community through his work on several local Boards and served for years on the Advisory Board of Miller-Motte Technical College. Whether advocating for clients in the courtroom or giving back to his community, Will is driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
